Gallbladder

How many people had to get the gallbladder out before you could get the lapband surgery. I was told about 50% do need it removed prior to getting the lapband done. I did! On Dec 27th I had surgery to have the gallbladder taken out. I had a very large stone and did not know it.. I go back for follow-up on Jan 11th. Hopefully I will get the date for my Lapband. I have actually lost abot 3 lbs since I had it removed.
