Personal care insurance

hello everyone. I was just wondering if anyone has used personal care platuim ppo for their WLS? And if so are there any road blocks, and what should I expect. thanks for any help you can give me. :fairy

Hello, I was wondering if you have had any luck yet. I just visited my Dr. in Danville yesterday to begin the pre-authorization process for Personal Care, the first place she told me to contact (Bariatric Specialty in Chicago) was a dead end. Thanks! Mendy
