Living with hope

After three long years I am finally on the way. We have HMO and you all know how that goes,but I also have Medicare A&B. I was told that because my primary would not cover the surgery Medicare would not either. NOT SO! It will as long as you meet the critera and I do I do Ido. Never thought I could be so happy about being a fat diabetic with sleep apena. To day I called the Dr's office and told them let the form flow so now I wait . I really do not mind since I know things are hopeful. I had given up hope and gone back on Adkins last week. I've been drinking Whey Protein and watching carbs so mentaly I was going to live the life with or with out the shrinking tummy but I still had an amount of doubt that I could keep it off. I know this may take me into next year before surgery but at least I am living with Hope again.

My husband and I completly understand your excitement. As we have been trying and trying with Personal Care PPO to get approved. We finally did and we now have a surgery date of Dec. 6th. At least he can enjoy Thanksgiving Dinner and we will count our blessings on Christmas day.
