Help? Central DuPage Hospital ?

I dont know about Central Dupage, but I went thru Barix in Belvidere. I feel like I have had the support and help that I need to be successful. I just had my 4 year followup Thursday. I am really happy and am so glad I went there. Dr. Boe is the Dr there now, mine went to AZ. But I really liked Dr. Boe. they are so experienced, because bariatric surgery is ALL they do at their hospital, so you are not dealing with things like food service bringing you jello with sugar. Many of the nurses are former patients. the dieticians were great, I saw one preop, again in the hospital and when I went home a dietician called me at every step of my diet to discuss what I should be doing as a review and give me ideas and encouragement. I also see a dietician at every visit there. Thursday he asked if I had any questions about the diet or if I was having any problems with it, I said I think I am doing ok, this is what I eat every day - ratteled off the oz & portions and number of portions of every thing # of cals etc. and he just laughed. I was so proud because he said I am the poster child for this surgery!!!!! I have to give them a lot of the credit for my success. If I screw up now it is my own bad judgement - they gave me what I need to succeed.
