LOL....I've been a smoker for 12 years and I have laid them down cold and feel like I'm gonna go crazy if I can't have one.

Has anyone else had this same kind of problem?? Ck~

umm ya i had to quit for surgery and it was so hard but it does get easier

I also quit prior surgery and it's been over 4 months now. I get urges now and the but keep yourself busy. Very busy and the urges pass. Hope this helps. I know it's hard. I smoked for 34 years. I guess it depends on what you want more and I wanted it bad. Good luck. Debbie
