Need Tummy taken off, possibly lipo

Im currently 260 pounds and want my belly taken off after loosing about 200 pounds, I still have fat in my belly and may need liposuction with the tummy surgery. I don't know what dr to pick or were to start. Or even how much this will cost me. Will medicade pay for it? Can anyone else help me? I live in Northern Chicago Area.
