GARLAND "TINY" PRICE FITNESS FANATIC/MOTIVATION COACH
OK Garland ... first, welcome to the boards. Second ... I need a little motivation ... maybe a coach is just what I need. I never really "took" to working out, but I do know that the people who are successful with their weight loss surgery (what I mean by successful is reaching their goal, and staying there long-term).
I really need to get some toning and still have that nasty 40-50 pounds left to go ... and with the scare of a 20 pound weight gain from September 2004 through July 2005, I know I need to establish more activity in my schedule.
I've been dealing with some eating issues lately, so I'm not the best candidate AT THE MOMENT for working out ... but I'm thinking of starting very simple with something like yoga ... BUT I'd love to hear more about you ... where do you work out, are you at your goal? What would YOU recommend for someone who is looking into starting some type of workout?
