Breast Lift WITHOUT Implants?

. Hi Everyone! I saw Dr. Fenner today for my plastic surgery consult. I am scheduled to have a brachioplasty (arm lift) on June 13th. I am also considering a breast lift and neck lift. I am waiting for the final quote and to see if they can fit all three procedures into the OR time available that day. I know they will be able to fit in two of the three, and hopefully all three can be done. My question is this -- Regarding the breast lift, how many women have had it and DID NOT have implants as well? It seems like most of the people I read about who have had it, have gotten implants. That's fine for them, but I am totally against getting any implants for myself. I started out a 50DD (probably bigger, but that was the bra I wore). I am now a 38D. Dr. Fenner says I will probably go to a large B or small C cup with the breast lift. I feel I will be happy at that size, and it will be proportionate to my body. I would like to hear from anyone who has had a breast lift without implants. Are you happy with the end result? Do you wish you would have had implants? There is no way I will change my mind about implants, but I was wondering if anyone had any misgivings about having the procedure at all. I would also love to hear from anyone who has had an arm lift. There are photos on my website at the very bottom of the page, showing what my arms look like now. There is a tremendous amount of skin that needs to be removed. For anyone who had a similar amount of skin removed -- are you happy with the results? Did they remove all the skin you thought they would? Any issues with the lower arm - perhaps not being in proportion to the upper arm? Has anyone had a platysmaplasty (neck lift) rather than a face lift? Did you feel it was sufficient to help with your neck droop? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!!! Dayna 310/165/136

Dayna, Congrats on boarding the Fenner Train He's absolutely the best there is!!! I had a lift and reduction (with a little bit longer scar under my breast because Fenner removed the extra skin that would have flapped over my bra side!!) and haven't looked back since. He warned me that I'd be a small B and indeed I am. But I LOVE them. Big boobs would look gi-normous on me (even a C) because I'm small framed. AND since I"m going to be on my feet 12 hours a day (nurse) I didn't want anything getting in my way. Other than that he did my hernia repair, tt, thigh lipo and panni removal. 7 hours and voila!! I'm a new girl I'm talking bikini time!!!

Dayna: I am 6 days out from my TT, breast lift and hernia repair. My Dr wouldn't do a lift/augmentation at the same time, and the more I thought about it, I decided I didn't want any implants. She told me I had plenty of breast mass that she didn't think I needed the implants anyway. I just don't feel like going in in 10 years or whatever it is to have them done again, or worry about any other surgeries if there is complications. Dr told me before surgery I would wear the same bra size as before surgery, which was a 36C. Right now they look fantastic, not sure if some of it is swelling and will go down, but I am OK with that. Dr took one of my tubes out today from the TT, 6 more days till the other one comes out (which will make me a happy camper). I was a 46DD before gastric bypass surgery, so I know the pain of big boobs, I can live with smaller ones and still be happy if they are firm and perky (as they seem to be now) Good luck to you, my thoughts and prayers are with you.
