HI Lori!! I am in Pocatello! I also am paying for the surgery which is Thursday the 19th. I am on a two week pre op diet of 9-11 oz of protein (chicken, fish, egg whites, ff cottage cheese) 2 servings of fruit and 2 or more servings of low carb veggies a day. I usual am on Lapbandtalk.com. THere is TONS of information on there about what to eat and what to expect!! On that site that is all there is is lap band patients. I am nervous too!
