YEAH FOR YOU! That's such a great feeling when you glance in the mirror and see something that you really like and weren't expecting.
When I lost a bunch of weight when I went on Atkins, I loved it when all of a sudden I noticed that I could see my collar bones. Well, I can't see them now!
I'm looking forward to getting my "date" and then in a few months, being able to see more cheek definition and collarbones. Oh, and EITHER sets of cheeks !

You're doing great - keep up whatever you're doing. I am having the lap band done by Dr. Robert Korn on Tuesday the 25th. I can feel my bones a little now at 225, but I really want to feel them when I get to my goal of around 150. I have lost 11 lbs so far, but can't wait to be on that loser's bench! Best wishes to you in all your endeavors!

I'm due for the losers side, on April 21.
Funny thing is, I'm looking forward to seeing my feet when I stand up straight....lol
I go and see Dr.Oakley on the 16th...looking forward to it.
Not so much the test tho.

There is a support group at tri-state hospital on the first thursday of every month at 6:45 pm. Im not going to start a new one, because we already have one here.

Hello everyone I am really documenting this for my records but thought I would share, I see colar bones today and I am still 270 Wow I didn't think I would see anything like these till much more weight came off, but I am actually seeing alot of skin EXTRA, and bones in my body, I thought Oh my godsh " me" I have a skelaton! I have a qwestion? This might sound funnny but does anyone play with there excess skin? I dont so much mean play but grab it and be like wow there is quite a bit here, or wow I can se where my frame is at where my skin hangs down? I know these are funny questions but just courious, I wonder what it is going to be like when I get another 100 pounds off. Only God knows, Love ya all! Take care Kristy
P.S. Sorry I look crazy here just woke up and before I got dressed I walked by the mirrior and saw the Colar Bones! I was happy to see them.

Well I got on the scale this morning and i am 130.5 pounds down, I sit here today and think where I was at in Aug of 2007 and I was so ill,so sick!
I cant beleive how I feel at this moment at this time in my life and I refect on all those who have supported me from day one on this life changing journey and I just wanted to say Thanks to everyone here, I try to be active on the boards and I think what can I say to change someone's life, All of you that have supported me had something to do with how well I am doing I take a part of what i get here from all of you and incorporate that with my doctor and that is why I am doing so well. Thanks again for that... Just thought I would let everyone know I am doing great, Hope you are all doing well to, I found this picture and wanted to just show you how much just my face has changed, Please take care, Love my Oh family! Terri, Pk,eggface, and Annie thanks for being there from the beginning you ladies are true inspirations.

8-8-07 400.5 consult with doctor
10-23-07 363 Surgery
3-12-08 270.0
Loss before surgery from 2 month liquid diet=37 pounds
Loss since surgery=93 pounds
Loss all together 130.5

I just found out today that there is a once a month group in Clarkston at Tri-state hospital. Its the first Thursday of the month. I dont know what time its at yet, but when I find out Ill let you know. Now that Ive found this group I wont start a new one. I didnt know that we already had a group in the valley.
