Holly - who is your insurance company? Do they have a direct exclusion for treatment of obesity? My insurance refused to pay for it at first but after appealing it for almost a year, they are paying!!

This person drifts from board to board offering "support" in the form of "flatulence monitoring" and other such crudeness, as well as general and half-hearted "I believe in you"s. This is merely her modus operandi. Since she cannot hold back her seething self-hatred, you will soon see it expressed, but in the form of vitriol directed at YOU. Beware! All you need do is simply read her profile to see examples of this behavior. Her doctor's office booted her, her insurer cancelled her - all because of her attitude and her negative posting habits. Simply remember you read this post because this behavior WILL surface again. She can't keep from being abusive. She has posted abusively on many boards here at OH and every time she posts it is monitored by the Site Coordinator. She was ousted from her hometown Michigan board for this very behavior. Most importantly, SHE HAS NOT HAD THIS SURGERY AND HAS NO PLANS TO HAVE IT!!!! I urge you to protect yourselves and not let yourselves get too close to her. Maybe you have already seen evidence of her abuse on this board. The March 2004 and Michigan boards (among others) have definitely seen it. I regret that it has come to this, but I had to take it upon myself to warn you all about this person. I have a strong protectiveness when it comes to allowing others to have their opinions. All you have to do is disagree with Kathy Cade and she will come out with snarling teeth! Be careful!
