Surgical Bariactics Northwest

Did anyone in Idaho use Surgical Bariactics Northwest? They are in Post Falls, Idaho. Also does anyone have Blue Cross of Idaho insurance? Do they pay for the surgery or not? I'm just starting to look into the possibility of doing this surgery. My BMI is under 40 tho, so am not sure if I would be a candidate for it. It just gets frustrating trying everything and eventually failing.

Hi Sharlene, When I researched the surgery, I found out that BC/BS will cover it if you have any of these, Sleep Apnea, High blood pressure, High cholesterol and/or Diabetes. It can't hurt to try. My company won't allow it and I have BC/BS. They have an exclusion in the policy. Good luck!!
