What's up doc

Can't seem to find a doctor that takes medicare to do the surgery.

I am not for positive. But have you tried Dr Jim Valentine in Nampa or Dr Oakley in Boise? I now how hard it is. I have medicaid and that was hard. I am going to Dr. Valentine but I don't recall his medicare guidelines. Good luck I hope it works out for you. Sometimes patients have to go long distances to get results. I know there are plenty of providers in Portland Oregon. Keep us posted. That is what we are all here for.
