Suggestions on Protein Powder

I am scheduled to have a Adjustable Gastric Lap Band on 3-7-05. I am looking for a good Protein powder that is low carb and high protein. HELP!! Lesa

Hi Lesa, I'm preop myself and I'm just getting ready to order my protein powders too. I'm on three other wls groups and everyone keeps recommending the vitalady site ... http://www.vitalady.com so that is where I'm going to go buy my samples. It's great that she lets you try many different samples before buying the big cans .... very inexpensive too so you're not out a lot of money buying flavors you may not like.
