My advice would be to take a step back and remember why you had WLS in the first place. Realizing the wonderful tool you have been given and revisiting your initial reasons for surgery could help bump you back on the right track. If this doesn't do the trick, get in touch with someone from your support group, or attend a meeting. If you aren't able to do that, contact your dietitian or mental health consultant.
