I am from Nampa, Idaho and I had gastric lapband surgery and I am looking for dr. in Idaho to do a fill. Can anyone give me any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi- I know of two doctors who specialize in lap-band surgery in the Boise area. Dr. Robert Cahn of Meridian- His office is near St Lukes Hospital off the freeway and Eagle Rd. Also a Dr. Anderson of Boise--Both practice out of St Als. They have a special dept advisor at St Al's She is a Bariactic Advisor. She is very nice and easy to talk to. I was going to have the Lap-band but decided on the RNY instead. I am scheduled for surgery the 1st-- I hope this will help--Judy Buse

i am glade you decided on the other one.. as i have heard so much a bout the ban and it not all good.. i my self had ds and i had mine oct 14.. i have lost over 72 lbs so far and have a way to go.. i would like to get to 160 lbs... The road is hard and i am threw the hardest times... as for you i well praye for you and hope to see you on my e-mail how you are doing.. i do not no if ya have a group ya going to but ours is the 17 of each month.. this group meeting is for anyone thinking of have surgery or not.. and it is for anyone who has had surgery for gastric buypass..
