I'VE REGAINED 30 LBS SINCE MY DIVORCE IN DECEMBER 2003... I DON'T WANT TO WEIGH 400 LBS AGAIN, BUT I ALREADY FEEL LIKE I DO... I'M GIVING UP..... MAYBE I WAS DESTINED TO BE FAT? MAYBE I'M ILLUDING MYSELF TO THINK OTHERWISE? ANYONE THAT CAN GIVE ME ANY WORDS OF WISDOM, PLEASE DO. I'M DESPERATE....

Sondra, Please don't give up, you have come such a long way. wow 230 pounds, way to go. Is there a suport group you can get to? Also what about going back to the pouch rules and starting over. Have you been to see the doctor about this problem, Maybe the staples have ppped. If you have staples and weren't disected this is the problem. Don't give up. Are you close to Sandpoint. There is a meeting every month on the first thrusday each month at 7 pm at the Bonner county hospital. In the back where the gift store is. They can help you sort this out. DON'T GIVE UP.
