idaho medicaid

anybody ever go out of state with idaho medicaid? I want a ds but the dr in idaho won't give me one. says i'm on too many psych meds to control my bipolar. whatever. so because i'm doing the right thing and controlling my bipolar he won't do anything for me. I'm afraid i'm going to have to settle for the rny and don't want to. please any help would be good and I would appreciate it. thanks.

I am having trouble with Idaho medicaid too my 1st psych appt wanted me to go to counseling for a year.  I went to an actual psych and he took me off all medicines for depression he said he just got a lady through aproval she was on medicaid too she is having her surgery in Seattle.  But she is on medicaid here sorry don't know which doctor.
