diet for those that have gained????

I heard that Dr.Koa has a new diet for people that have started to gain weight back.  Has anyone heard of it or can tell me anything about it.  I can't go to the meeting but would really like to know more about it.  I have gained back almost 25 pounds and can't seem to stop myself. I sure hope someone can help I am getting more and more depressed each day.
