Best Hiking SW Idaho?

Lap Band on 10/23/07
I love to hike, but I'm not terribly familiar with trails in my area.  Anyone have any trails they can reccommend? Thanks!

Hello, fellow Boisean!  I'm in West Boise.  About the only trail I'm familiar with is Seaman's Gulch (with its lovely views of the dump!)  Do you know of any on the way up to Bogus?
