new to this!!!

Hi, this is my first post.... so I hope I do it right! I am scheduled for surgery on Monday. I am excited/scared/excited!!! I would love to have someone online to talk with and help me though all this .... it is so new and I will need lots of "hand holding"!!!

Hi sharon, Good luck on Monday. I just wanted to tell you that you would get so many more posts if you went to the main board instead of the Idaho board. Most people post on there. I haven't had surgery and I am hoping to have Lap band surgery. I have my first seminar on it on Tuesday the 13th. Do you live in Idaho? I live in Post Falls up by Coeur D alene. Sharon My name is Sharon and I had my surgery on 3/12/07 also. I just had my three week check and I am doing fine. How are you doing and are you and soft foods yet? Was the surgery as bad as you thought is was going to be? I am just happy to be done with the first two weeks.

Hi Sharon; I live in Buhl, Idaho. Southern Idaho.. Where are you from? I would love to "hold your hand".. I am 3 weeks out of surgery from having the VSG. Vertical Sleeve Gasterectomy. Dr. Alvarez in Piedrs Negras, MX did mine and he is an amazing dr.. I had a great experience.
