Congrats and welcome home!!! One thing that I found really helped me was to make my protein into jello and freeze. I always found it a good way of getting protein in and having something to keep my throat from getting dry. I also found it helped my foamies. I use Unjury unflavored and mix w/ jello/ . There are special instructions though because if you get it too hot you will change the protein and apparently from what I understand, you will know right away.

Keep on keeping on and take lots of pictures- you will not believe how fast the transformation actually is. Also it helps on those days when you feel like you do not see a difference and then presto looking at the early pics and then the next week etc. can be so uplifting.

Congrats on the 50lb loss!! That is so aweseome!! I will be joining you soon in the 50lbs gone!! Right now Im just celebrating 19lbs gone since surgery...totally awesome!! :) How much of your 50lbs is since your surgery?? Keep up the good work, and keep posting so we can celebrate with you!!
