You can view photos by clicking on "leechetta" There is one "before" photo. Those were " the good old days" when I still had a groin and some padding on my hip bones. Days are pretty pain filled since the procedure by Cram and Aly almost 9 years ago.

I haven't done it yet but I too am dreading it. You might have better luck in the lap band forum. I've come to find that the Iowa forum is pretty dead...
Topic: Question about pre-op diet
I read about the two week liquid diet a person is supposed to do before lap-band surgery and my question is how has everyone faired going through it. I have lap-band surgery in three weeks and am dreading the thought of only liquids/jello/popsickles for a full two weeks before surgery.
Anyone have bad headaches throughout the diet?

Topic: Severe pelvic trajectory impairment after LBL
Okay I've opened up some pictures but I don't think there is much that can be done to relieve this situation. Everyday is a nightmare. It'll be nine year aniversary of LBL in June. It's not easy living in this torture chamber of a body let me tell ya. Try to appreciate what you have if you can. Every once in a while I even have a good day.

That is a good idea. I am really working on more water (I am not much of a water drinker). You can tell you are in a midwest message board when we call it "pop" and not "Soda"
