Cinnabirst1 (Cindy) is now officially on the other side. I got a text message from her last night saying she was groggy from the pain medicine and sore but all in all is doing well. Thanks for all your prayers and well wishes.

I don't know around Davenport but I know they do in Grinnell.

It has been 2 years since I had my nurse visit so thing could have changed by then. If you read my profile back in 2005 I wrote about the nurse visit.

Congratulations on your upcoming date. I know you are excited. I hope everything goes smooth and I will pray for you. I look forward to hearing about your experience after your surgery.

Hi Amanda, I don't frequent this board as often as I used to because it really seemed to slow down. I also noticed this. I am 4 months out from surgery on April 4th (popular day around here it seems) and so far I am down 60 pounds. I am hoping for a few more before april 4th because I am only down 10 for the month, but if that is what it is then that is fine. I am excited for Cindy's surgery (the poster above). I know she is excited to be on the other side. I hope you are cleared for surgery soon. Take care and keep updating us. Hugs!
