STILL No word on what is going on. I have been in steady contact with them and my primary doc's office, and it's a battle of who sent the info. Fawn keeps telling me that she hasn't recieved my diet history, however I have seen the exact copy of what my primary doc has sent and he even showed me the certified mail certificate. I have no idea what they are doing, so I believe it's time for me to find another doctor. I have waited long enough, and I need to have this done SOON.

I would eventually love to join you. I am still preop and not quite ready for that with my health issues. I am walking and trying to do more and more. I am also trying to pick up the pace. I try to stay busy as well. Good for you though. Tell me about your workout! I am also thinking of getting one of those tony little elyptical machines for at home. I will also get a Y membership eventually. Probably wont go all the way to waukee though. I live in Norwalk. I would go to walnut creek instead of southside as long as a I had a workout buddy.

Hi all! I'm 4 months post op and doing great, except I'm inconsistent with my exercise program! I really can't count running after my 3 and 5 1/2 year olds as exercise. 
So, I have a membership to the YMCA. If anyone is interested in joining me as a workout buddy, I'd be thrilled! I usually go to the Walnut Creek or Waukee Y ...
