hi all well its been like for ever sinc i have told any one on here what is going on have been abule to get back to work since surgury it been a year the 28th and i have lost just under 200 lbs all my clouthing is falling of of me i went from a size 6xxlg shirt and a 64 ince wast to now a 44 in wast and i were just xl shirts have had little problem with pouch not likeing some things but not that much now have got a good herniha thought wont get it fixed untill the girldel lift im looking to lose 60 to 70 more that will get me at 230 after the lift give or take my life is slowing a bit things are normalizing still miss some things but i still dont get hungery just craveings i guess but not to worrie i dont act on them blood work is good i was a little light in d has any one eals had that well i think that is it love to all

Hi Donna.  The above mentioned are all excellent surgeons.  I would recommend them also.  My surgeon is in Fort Dodge.  Dr. VerSteeg.  I chose him mostly because he is closest to my house (near Mason City) and also he only does the laproscopic procedures.  Faster recovery. Good luck.  Any of these fine Iowa surgeons will take care of you.

Grinnell Surgical Associates has a surgeon that goes to Pella.  I think Dr Kermode.  You could try them and see if they would do your fills, I don't know why they wouldn't do it.  Their # is 641-236-4323.  Good luck Kourtney

Honestly try Hy Vee if you have one in your area.  They are around $1.85 a slice I believe but I know they are good and probably the most reasonable around the Cedar Rapids area if you don't want to spend a ton.
