starting the journy to surgery!

I've been researching this surgery for about 2 years now, but where i lived previsouly which was norfolk va because my husband was in the navy the wait list was 3 years long because they didn't want to outsource to civilian doctors. So when i found out we would be living in the civilian world i was like great i can finally get the surgery done without waiting an eternity. Well i finally found a wonderful doctor in davenport and went for my first visit today, and she is sending in my referrel to the bariatric clinic here. I know it's just the beginning but i'm so excited because i'm finally getting the ball rolling. Hopefully it won't take forever to get the surgery done, but i just wanted to let ya'll know. DeeDee

Good luck on your journey. I started my journey with CBS in Davenport in January this year...the light at the end of the tunnel will be here June 5th. You may have to jump through hoops, you may not...either way...the light is still shining for you!! If you have any questions about the pre-stuff...let me know!!
