Well, I'm thinking I'm ready for another trip back to see Dr. Martinelli again. It's been 5 months since my last surgery so I'm safe and now ready for another round. My husband thinks I'm absolutely crazy but I'm thinking Butt Implants, to fix my "flat" Butt, (another) Neck Lift, and some sort of Face Peel. He sent me his price list and the Butt Lift is only $2,200. But I think the Implant itself is extra because they price this seperate in Brazil. My implants were about $900 but I bought the Cohesive Gel in the Anatomical shape which were the most expensive, lol. I believe my Butt Implants (if priced seperate) will be about the same ($900). What I like most though is that he provides a Concierge for his English speaking clients (for free) where as other doctors charge $200-$250 per patient per week, "yikes". But there (Vitoria Brazil) you definately need someone to help . Best wishes to you all in your adventures.
