I just called Campbells nutrition center on SW 9th and they say they carry Stallone protien pudding. They have both chocolate and banana and costs $1.75/can. Stallone pudding has 42 grams of protien per serving and I hear it tastes pretty good. I think I'll try a couple cans and see if it's any good Phil

Hey---thanks for posting this. I've been wanting to try some of that stuff. Do you know if Campbell's carries other WLS-friendly items?

When I talked with the guy on the phone he said he had alot of items for people who had wls. He said that if he didn't have it he would order it for us. I did ask him if he had EAS Precision Protien RTD drink and he said he didn't like EAS because they keep raising their prices and, in turn, he has to raise his. He sounded like he would be more than happy to help.

Thanks so much for this information. I never even thought of checking with Campbell's. I've been to GNC, but Campbell's is actually closer to me.

And how did it taste? The price is kind of irrelevant if you can't choke it down? If that's really the price difference, a trip to Des Moines sounds OK to me.

Hijack! Michelle, you posted instead of just lurking! Michelle and I are surgery buddies. We both had Dr. Sundberg and had surgery 2 days apart. I've been waiting for you to call, girlfriend, and tell me you've been approved for your TT. Any news yet?

I bought the chocolate at GNC in Southridge mall but I don't remember how much it cost me. It wasn't to bad tasting. I also bought 6 samples of protein from www. WLSsupplies. com and it was only like $10. You can use the coupon code Karen to get a 10% discount. I haven't tried any yet because I just got them last night but I hear the SciTech nutrition are good. I know Mercy capitol made me buy a certain type of protein before surgery, but now that I'm 8 months out I'm looking for one that taste better. By the way it was good to see you at the support meeting on Tuesday. Melissa 337/187/170

At GNC it is usually 6 something for the 4packs. They do go on sale and if you buy stuff at the first of the month you can save with their club thingy I personally didn't care for the Stallone Puddings. But I have a picky palate and after two years, can't stand the protein taste. So I have a few protein drinks I like, and stick with them. But I tend to be an oddball with things, I also can't stand the Power Crunch bars Good luck and take care jesi

Wow! I have been really lazy and have not did protein for quite awhile and was told last night by a peer in my exercise class that it is dangerous and I guess you can get manutrition later years with damage to organs. So I better start it again and this pudding sounds like it might help me. thanks for the suggestions! Joan
