Thanks Jesi!! I feel wonderful...as long as I remember to eat and drink enough..I have a tendency to get busy and forget then try and play catch up..but most days I do ok,LOL ! I am down to 163 last I looked,I am into a size 14 some 12's...size's I havent seen since before baby# 4 and 5..early 20's !!!! Are you ready for Spring I know I am!!! Have a good 1 and take care!!!
