Good Tuesday Morning!

No headache here only a muscle spasm from hell in my upper back. Yes, being dehydrated will cause headaches. I had one after my PS and couldn't figure out what was going on since I was drinking like crazy. After I had to go back in for IV fluids, the headache went away. I'm going to have to look for the Target brand of Crystal Lite. I can't do aspertame either - gives me nasty foot cramps. I get really tired of jus****er all the time. I have been drinking some Diet Rite Cola. It's made with Splenda. Not to bad. No GS cookies at my house. I love thin mints and can eat the whole box in a sitting! Then I'd be Back to work.

It is only at the Super Targets.....and it isn't a target brand......I just ran out to my car for you It is Water Sensations Brand. I googled it to find the website and did a search on where to find it in my area....and to me the only place close was the super Targets.....you might have somewhere else in your area-check it out I got the Strawberry Kiwi, Mixed Berry, and Grape.....they also had lemonaide, but I am so not a lemonaide person! Hey Jesi!! Long time no talk. Just wanted to stop and say hi while I was at the library. We don't have internet at home anymore. To make a long story short hubby lost his jobs and things are just really tight around here right now. So tight I can hardly breathe!! So far I've lost 135 pounds and I'm down from a 30/32 to a 16/18 so I'm happy with everything! Just can't wait to get down to 199 that will be an awesome day, 7 more pounds to go and I'll be in onederland! Hope everyone is doing good.
