cappuccino nectar??
Hello Tracie,
The Cappucino Nectar is delicious! It mixes very well with coffee if you let the coffee cool a little bit before you add it. It makes me feel less guilty about my morning coffee since it is 23 grams of protein and only 90 calories per scoop. If you like cold coffee drinks you might like the Achiev One drinks as well. They are very similar to Starbucks Frappuchinos except much better for you. Low carb and 20 grams protein per serving. The mocha java and the cappuchino are my favorites. They are supposed to come out with two new flavors soon as well. Both of these can be purchased at Bariatriceating.com. The only bummer is shipping is kind of pricey. So far I haven't been able to locate any Iowa stores that carry either of them. I justify the shipping cost by figuring that I don't drop $5-6.00 per day in the convenience stores on bad snacks and Mountain Dew. I am currently out of the Cappuchino Nectar or I would be happy to send you a sample. I try to rotate my ordering of protein to keep from getting burned out on any one flavor. You might like to try the Fuzzy Navel nectar. It is great with Crystal Light Sunrise Orange. If you order from Bariatric Eating you can request samples and they will send them to you free of charge. Sorry for the long post. Hope you find it helpful!

I also like the cappuccino nectar. I mix it with some water first then pour my coffee in and shake it up. I have a magic bullet and that is how I mix it with the water. I tried just stirring it in and it clumped and cooked the protein. So that tasted like yuck. It is very sweet tasting though. It took a little getting used to. I would say I would send you some but I am a procrastinator and I don't know how long it would take me to get it sent. I can if you want me to. I have had a present to send Lisa now for over a week and haven't got it sent yet. So hope you don't want it to quickly.
I also like the Nectar roadside lemonade, fuzzy navel, and strawberry/kiwi
I mix these with frozen fruit and some water it is like having a smoothie. The roadside lemonade you can mix diffrent fruit with, like cherries, peaches, strawberries, blueberries what ever your heart desires so you don't get tired as quick from that.
I'm sorry that I don't have a stroller for you, my kids are all in there mid to late 20s so anything I would have had is done worn out.
I meant to respond to your email of last week but yesterday was one of those days, I don't live anywhere close to a toys r us, but my daughter has one in Rockford Ill and I could see if there is one there. I will be going to Rockford on the 18th of March and could pick it up for you. Now getting it to you could be something else. But we could figure something out I am sure. I have noticed a few people on here that live close or in Des Moines that may check for you. Put a call out to everyone on the Iowa board for one.
Good luck I still want to come and squeeze that little one of yours.
