Hi Jen..your family is beautiful and your looking gre888ttt I dont use an actually plateau buster diet but what does it for me is...when I get stuck or platau'd I try very hard to drink more water and to eat a lil more also 7-8 times a day even if it is only a bite..after 2-3- days of that it seems the scale starts moving down again I had a friend that is 2 y/o tell me that is what she did and I tryed it and it works for me soo....good luck to ya I hope you get your's broke!!Keep in touch Lori 287/177/140
