Todays update

well the afternoon started good..for a while. My appt with the psych was at 2:15 and I was there at 2. The dr came at 2:30 and told me I had to take this test (MN psych test of 540 questions). So I went back there and she said it would take about an hour to do. Well I was suppose to call the RN at 3 so I started the test as quickly as possible. I had it done in 30 mins. I called the RN at 3:06 and was told she stepped out of the office for a minute and would call me back. Well 20 mins later (I was waiting to go back into the psych appt for my appt) and the nurse or secretary called me back and told me VERY RUDELY I might add, that i was suppose to call for an appt and that is the message she left me on my voice mail yesterday. Well I kind of rudely told her I did call back and talked to someone else and made an appt for today at 3 p.m. She again..rudely stated that the nurse is gone for the day and that whoever i talked to did not set up the appt in the appt book. I said okay well can I make the appointment then. So my actual RN interview is going to be on March 2nd at 11 a.m. Well I had the talk with the Psych and she said she plans on giving me a good referral letter. She thinks I"m doing this surgery for all the right reasons. So..one down... Janine

One down I love rude people, makes ya wanna slap someone I wonder sometimes what they get out of being totally jerks to people....I know when I lose it and get rude (rarely) I feel terrible.....some people tho Oh well!!! Way to go, you've got one less thing on your list to do. And even dealt with a person that had their panties in a wad. Don't you just want to kill them with kindness sometimes when they act so rude. They don't know how to handle it. I usually do this with my husbands ex wife it drives her . (I didn't have to go far to do that) Keep us up to date on how things are going. Good luck. Cindy

I bet I know who that was you talked to. I won't post her name on here but if it is who I think it is she does have her times. Good think the psych is done. 1 think done so that's Great. Sorry to hear about the call to the office. Hope the interview goes great!!! Have a good weekend.

I don't know names -- but it was the phone interview (and the person doing it) that convinced me that Mercy Capital was NOT the place for me. Maybe I just got them on an off day. Oh well -- it's a good thng we have choices
