question on vitamins?

Hello I have a question on vitamins currently I am taking 2 childrens chewables, tums for calcium and ferrosequels (iron) and B12 (once a week). Is there any products that you can buy them all together? What brands do you recommend? THANK YOU everyone is such a great support! Angel

I take a product made especially for bariatric patients called Optisource. You take 4 chewables a day & they actually taste good. They are supposed to supply everything you require. My surgeon's PA recommends them. You can't find them just anywhere but Walgreens carries them. They cost around $30 a month. Dixie

I also take Optisource and they really do taste good. I also take a 100 mg Vitamin B-1 tablet once a day. I occasionally take some Vitamin C because I don't eat much citrus. I just had my 6 mth blood tests done and everything came out perfect. Leslie 306.5/219.4/146
