Davenport support group

Anyone, other than me, goin to tonights support group at Genesis in Davenport??

I would normally go, but my dad is in ICU in Chicago area and I am here to support my family. His heart is going bad, and he's been in and out of ICU for 5 days. We have a angiogram scheduled for Friday. I had to cancel my 3 month followup appt. with the surgeon earlier today. Could you let me know if anything interesting was said and if they had any handouts? Thanks! Sheryl 292/228/160

jeez Im really sorry to hear about your Dad. I will keep him in my prayers... Last night the topic was changes in intimate relationships after WLS it was actually really helpful. I hope I see you next month. Mandy 249/172/145

Thanks for your prayers. My dad had heart surgery tonight and he pulled through okay. He's beeing kept in a drug induced coma for a few days to heal, but his health is already improving. Sheryl

I am so mad at myself. I totally forgot about it!!! Went out to supper with my family to a new restaurant in muscatine called the button factory. Very nice and good food. Our waiter left a little to be desired, but thats ok. Hopefully I won't forget next month...I have been trying to visit the boards more again...its seems its getting harder at this stage of the game.
