100 lbs gone forever!!!! I have 20 to go till I hit 100 since my surgery but since I started my diet in January of last year I have lost 100 lbs

What an accomplishment! I'm with everybody else, 100 pounds is 100 pounds, no matter how it left

I need to send in for my 100 pound certificate, but not sure how...been on here this long, and feeling a little silly!! I sent for it before they changed the format, and nothing happened...don't know if I did it wrong or what. Need to try again, cuz now I'm down like 119 lbs!!! :lol; CONGRATULATIONS!! Hugs, Debi
