Congratulations Travis!! I wish you all the best, and a very speedy recovery! I read your profile and can understand how you could gain weight under those cir****tances, I've been to your grandparents restraunt and your dads, my husband and I used to spend quite a bit of time at your dads place before Eagle Window & Door moved (we both worked there)....YUMMMMMM!!!! Just remember, they fix your stomach, not your head. You will still crave the same foods. Good Luck..and well wishes being sent your way. Nancy

Congratulations on your upcoming surgery. It is an exciting time of your life. It is only normal to feel nervous at this time. You will wonder many things until you come out of surgery and then the things you will wonder about will change. I agree this is only a tool and the head hunger gets very difficult at time. Especially at first. I was so upset with my family at first when they had pizza the first time. I soon realized it didn't taste like it used to and now I don't crave it so much. For me food changed taste after my surgery but everyone is different. Keep us posted on how you are doing, and don't be afraid to ask questions if you don't know something. That is what this board is here for. To help support you in your dicission and along your journey. The 30th is fast approaching. I will be keeping you in my thoughts for that day and wishing you a good surgery with a speedy unpainful recovery. Cindy G.
