Where is everyone??

Okay, I was AWOL for a couple weeks. One week of vacation and a week of getting caught up. Vacation was good. The weather was great - in the low 80's, hard to believe it was November in Nashville. Then back to reality. Brrrr. I bought more long johns yesterday. I just freeze all the time. I'm still waiting to hear about insurance approval for the TT. I basically had to start over since I decided I didn't want Dr. Robbins touching me. So I'm going to have my bariatric doc, Dr. Sundberg, do it. One way or another. I'm going to call them tomorrow. Otherwise, not much new. Getting ready for Christmas. I have most of my shopping done. Nothing wrapped yet, but planning on doing that tonight. I want to have everything that needs to go north ready to go for Thanksgiving just in case the weather is stinky and we can't get together for Christmas. Started decorating. Have 2 trees up, one is decorated. I put up 4 big trees. I have a thing for Christmas. Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving! Drive safely if you are travelling. Lyn

Wow, Lyn, you are a busy woman! Do you have family in the Nashville area that you were visiting? I am getting ready to go in for a lap RNY on the Monday after Thanksgiving, so I too am trying to get the Christmas shopping and decorating done in the next week. Glad you are checking in again! Hi Lyn Nashville?! You lucky gal Love the southeast! I've also been AWOL for sometime as well. I also need to call the dr about TT wasn't going to do it but getting sores & it's been recommended. Busy working, babysitting on the side & now trying to get ready for the holidays. Since it was nice yesterday had Katie & friend haul the Christmas stuff in from the shed, always afraid this is the calm before the storm! Most of my shopping done already just need to pick up a few more things. We are going together to buy dad his ticket to Florida so have to get that yet. Hope you have happy holidays Hugs Carolyn
