My BIG day is getting closer.

Hello everyone! My big day is getting close. My date is November 15th. I am leaving monday for Des Moines. I have a question about the website fee for Mercy Capitol is the program worth it? I was never told about it from the nurses only the financial lady said I had to pay it. It cost 150$ for it. Anyway I am nervous but really excited to start seeing the numbers on the scale go down again. When I lose 40 pounds I know that will feel good to me, a lot of my back, hip and knee pain will be gone. So I am keeping upbeat about it and looking forward to the first 40 off! Of course I want to lose more than that but I know my body will feel a lot better in a month. Any good tips on what to bring to the hopital will be helpful too I am nervous I will forget something. I didn't think the website was worth it but I was told that I had to buy it. Make sure you bring something comfy to wear home/hotel when you leave. I also bought chap stick. I pillow would of been nice to put up against my stomach for the ride home but I forgot that. Good luck and I'll keep you in my prayers. Your in good hands with Dr. Smolik.
