Monthly weight in!!

I thought it would be fun to have a monthly weight in. And goal for the month. I do the weekly weight in on the July broad but I think a monthly weight in would be fun. I think it would be fun for all. Those who are still trying to lose and those who are just trying to maintain. This is the only place I feel ok about talking about how much I weight. So I will go first. My starting weight was 337 was of July 12th . My weight as of today is 245 so I'm down 92lbs. So my starting weight for Nov. is 245 My goal for the month is to drink more water and take my vitamins and lose at least 10 lbs this month. If you guys don't like this monthly post just let me know and I won't post it next month. Bye Melissa

I'm for it. Starting 301.5 and today 266 so down 35.5. My goal for this month is getting exercise everyday, either by working (temporarily a AM stocker for Target) or by video's gym etc. Ge****er and vitamins in, stay on plan for eating. I would like to lose 20 pounds for this month.

Beginning weight~~294.5 Lowest weight~~141.0 Current weight (38 weeks, 4 days pregnant)~~168.0 Goals~~ 1) Having a healthy baby girl this Friday morning 2) Getting 'back on the wagon' for weight loss after Friday. Wish me luck; I have a feeling that I'm going to need it. ~~Sherry

Good Idea...I started off 2005 weighing at 287..before surgery 259...now I am at 213,a lil over 70 lbs gone forever My goal's for this month are.. 1. get below 200 lbs 2. to eat better this month 3. to make more time for (ME) this month 4. to get in a cple swimming sessions and a lil more exercise! I like this idea, it is fun to find out how others are doing. Starting weight as of Dec 2004 288 todays weight 144, down 144, at goal.(I lost 10 lbs before surgery) My goal for this month is not to loose any more weight and to try to eat better. I have trouble eating. Who would have thought that could happen. To exercise more and to get my Christmas shopping done. Cindy G.

I started loosing last November, I weighed 273. This morning I thought I would have lost more weight due to an abcessed tooth being pulled yesterday and not being able to eat anything other than soup and yogurt all day but I still weighed 187. That means I have lost 86 lbs total, and 56 since surgery on March 29th. My goals for the month are to get back on the vitamins and to exercise. Nancy

It is nice to see what we've all been up to in the weight loss world! I started at 270 and reached my goal of 160 in August. This morning I weighed 151. I am 10 weeks 4 days pregnant with twins, so my weight is set to rise! My long term goal is to lose all of the extra weight I will gain after I give birth to two healthly babies! My heaviest weight prior to surgery was 265. I was somewhere around 250 the day of surgery and am 212 today. So, 53 lbs lost! My biggest goal is to be below 200 by the end of the month. I'm doing pretty well getting my protein and water - and vitamins are easy for me. I can't wait to be in the 100's though! Amy

My highest weight was 292 10 days before surgery. I was 285 the day of surgery, 17 days ago. As of yesterday I was 269. So I'm down 16 lbs since surgery and 23 total. My goal for this month is to start on more solids foods (i'm on eggs/cheese/refried beans type stuff now), to drink more water, to lose at least 20 lbs, and to exercise more. Sheryl
