So proud!

I'm one month post op today, and down 27.5 pounds. I was kinda stuck on 276 for about a week, and had a nice little surprise this morning, when I jumped on the scale, 274

I'm excited, I know this month's lose won't be like next month, but do you think it's still realistic to shoot for 20?

I know what you mean, I was stuck at 220 for two weeks straight - I thought I was gonna go insane!

I have no idea what to expect from the next month... I'm just trying to sit back (ok, not really, I'm exercising like crazy!) and enjoy it. Congrats - keep up the good work! Amy

Congratulations Tracie!! You should be proud. I can't wait to have my surgery but I am nervous. I am waiting now for Dr. Smolik to dictate his letter. I have done everything else and now I am waiting on him. She said my name was at the top of the pile. I wish they had that done it has been over a month! Anyway once he gets it done they will submit it. I should know real soon. I hope tricare approves! Take care and thanks for all your help. Angel
