I live in Dubuque.....but I have good friends in the QCA. I was just there shopping last week 
I think I told your friend Cassie to have you email me! I might be at the support group meeting tomorrow night at Satori....soundds like it is going to be a good one....protein talks with supplement samples and cookbooks and stuff.....I didn't go to Satoru but they have an awesome program and let outsiders come too Take Care

I think you are referring to the seminar that Dr Glas**** Or Shah puts on, not the support group. The support group is on the first Monday of the month. You might want to call the office during the day tomorrow to make sure you're not making the trip for nothing. 319-268-3990. I do know the seminars are open to anyone, as are the support group meetings.
By the way, I attended his seminar just last week as a friend spoke at it & it was really good. He even asked the two of us who came with her to also say a few words. I understand they had one in Dubuque a few weeks ago also. The one I went to was in Des Moines.
