Has anyone who has tricare ...

Has anyone who has tricare had it approved in Davenport IA. I live in Dubuque Iowa and I am currently getting it approved for Des Moines but I would like it closer. I have looked up all the others and IA city was another place but the waiting list is too long. I am just looking for the distance part. I am 3 1/2 hours away from Des moines. I do not have tricare. You could check in Grinnell that would be closer. I I know a man that had it there and loved them. April
