I had my sleep study..

Hello I had my sleep study on monday. I was tired and ready to sleep until she stuck 2 wires in my nose! That bothered me all night long. It drove me crazy and tickled. I think I slept for a few hours she said I hit REM sleep so it was acurate. My oxygen never went below 97% which means NO APNEA! I am so happy. But she did say she thinks I have restless leg syndrome whcih I know I have my muscles twitch and wake me up. I am a little scared my insurance will deny but we will wait and see. I had a feeling I didn't have it becasue I have none of the tall tale signs of apnea. I do wake up but it must be from the restless legs! Not having apnea means i don't have to wear a mask for 30 days and wait longer. I am closterphobic and was really scared and dreading the CPAP machine. Anyways I am sooo happy I don't have it. Now lets pray my insurance will ok it becasue of my weight, hypothyroidism, severe back pain, hip and leg pain. Thanks for all of the previous advice! Angel

I told you I was crazy......the only person who enjoyed the sleep study That just tells you how badly I need a night away from family! I haven't been alone without them for over 7 years!!! Well anyways, glad you passed the test!!! Now on to insurance approval....I will be sending good thoughts your way!!! Did you already have your pysch eval? Hi Jesi I would of enjoyed it but the nose piece bothered me. Everything else was nice. I already had my psych eval at the Gannon Center it was no big deal. So I am done for now on testing until my insurance approves it. Thank you for the good vibes! Angel
