PS consult

Well, I finally went for a plastics consult. I may actually have a fighting chance for insurance approval. The doc I saw at Heartland just came here from Indiana. He said Indiana's BC requirements are very strict but I would qualify. You have to be at least 1 yr out, lost over 100 pounds, stable wt for 6 months, and the skin has to hang to the pubis. With or without insurance, I am going to do this. I need to do it. My therapist told me last week that I write in my journal like a fat person. Well, my brain still says I am. So I'm supposed to think like a thin person. Anyone know what that is?????? So I tried it. I gained 4 pounds! Back to thinking like a fat person. When I look at myself, all I see is that ugly, flabby, hanging skin. Hard to think thin with that hanging around. It's gonna happen. It has to. It's the exclamation point at the end of this particular journey.
