Good morning skinny Janie,
What an awesome workout!! I'm sure that you can do a 5K easily. Remember that it's just over 3 miles, I think, so if you are doing 4-5 daily, you'll be really prepared. Last year, I fast-walked a 4 mile race in the little town by us. This summer, I jogged the whole dang thing! What a feeling of accomplishment. I also did the Bix at 6 training runs 3 times before the Bix 7. It's a HARD 7 mile course with lots of hills. Just knowing that I can fini**** was awesome!
Wow - literally being swept off your feet - how wonderful to be so light!!! I know that my hubby for a while wanted to pick me up all of the time. Not so much now, though.
Thanks so much for the congrats and thoughts. The great thing is that I have faith that God will take care of the babies and I. I feel so blessed.

I got my new computer. So I had to load everything back into the new computer. When I got to the website, wasn't sure if it was the right one. But it was. Now, went to class this morning, and they canceled, since the teacher's mom is ill. So, back home and working on more homework. I love these new computers.
I gotta remember to eat though.

Congrats & you are in my thoghts & prayers...As for me im very tired & weak still & its driving me NUTZ!!!!!! For the last few days I get sick when I eat & today was going good until I drank broth & put protein powder in it...Any ideals on other ways of protein PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!! I stil cant drink anything but warm water or warm decaf tea...im so bummed...I want to go do stuff but I get so weak & tired fast.Right now I just dont know what to do so any ideals anyone???

I'm so sorry to hear that things are not going good for you. Are you in constant contact with your surgeon's office/dietician or nutritionist? I would be a pain in the butt until they could help you find ways to get food and fluids down. Have you tried soft foods yet or are you still supposed to be on liquids? What kind of protein powders are you using? Are you able to drink milk for protein?
Make some phone calls and hang in there, hon! It WILL get better!

Hello Andrea congratualtions on your twins! WOW you must be so excited! I completed my psych eval yesterday and it went good. She only asked me a few questions on my family and if I understood my stomach would be the size of a shot glass and not a wine bottle (weird way to think of it) but she said she feels I have a great understanding of it and I would be fine. So that is done and I can relax till my sleep study on the 10th of oct. I am on the list to be called if someone cancels. I hope I do not have sleep apnea then I can get my surgery sooner and I won't have to get a g-tube. (One less tube!!!) I am getting excited wooohoo!!

Hi Andrea...my prayers still heading your way,for all of you to be healthy!!I just had my 1 month check and everything is going good!! I got 99 lbs to go till goal
...ok my goals this week are to get in more WATER I am barely getting in what i need... somedays not!!! And to add a cple more miles( I am up to 2.4 a day) and to start swimming 1 day a week!! Ok thats enough for this week

So glad that things are going well for you! Sounds like you are well on your way to goal. Water is soooooooooo important in our lives and hard to get in sometimes. I find that because I am snacking now with the babies, that sometimes I don't get in the amount of fluids I need in a day. Wow, adding more miles to your workout and some swimming sounds like a huge goal. Hope we get some cool weather for you to walk in soon.
