I need a knock your socks off recipe!
Monday is my treat day at work. They have been kind enough to keep me out of the loop for a while, but now I think I need to dive back in.
Does anyone have a great dessert recipe that people won't believe is low carb, low sugar? We have about 12 staff and we love sweets, but I hope it would be something I could eat a small amount of too.
Thanks, I appreciate it!

I did make a cheesecake thing.....BUT it isn't my recipe.....gotta give credit to Andrea D.....it is hers
It is way simple, people won't know it is low low sugar/carbs.....and it tastes great. Now I don't measure stuff.....so be prepared
Get a frozen pie crust.....***** it with holes and cook it (only carbs besides fruit) Let it cool.
Take 3 packages of cream cheese....I use two fat free and one 1/3 less fat. Cream (just use a hand mixer) the cream cheese with 1/2 cup splenda and a tbsp of almond extract....When the pie crust is cool fill it with cream cheese mixture. Now the topping is where you can get all fancy and pretty......This weekend I was kinda lazy so I went to walmart and got the no sugar added cherry pie filling for my topping. It is made with splenda and the only sugar is 3 grams and thats the natural sugars from the cherry......But Andrea's are so pretty....so uses blueberries and rasberries......or mandrin oranges and pinapple chunks.....whatever color taste you want.......then lastly (omit this step if you just cover with pie filling) Heat up like 1/4 cup of sugar free jelly with 1tbsp of the almond extract (Andrea uses apricot....I like blackberry) just nuke it in the microwave......it turns to liquid in like 40 seconds......drizzle that all over the top and it turns into a yummy glaze that really compliments the fruit and cream cheese......of course put it in the fridge overnight to firm up good.......YUMMY and they won't even know it is *DIET* and you can totally indulge without feeling guilty!! Take Care and good luck! jesi
