Thanks Andrea! I needed that today. I keep getting emails from my friend in Panama about the surgery that are somewhat insulting. There is a language barrier, but she says things like "I didn't know you were so fat" and tries to tell me how I should be training. It is so frustrating because I haven't seen her since 1991 and she's never had a weight problem. I know I need to let it roll off, but she's driving me crazy. Thanks for letting me vent. Colleen
