This is the first time I have posted here but I have to put in my two cents worth. I agree with Nan, document, document, document, and do not change that surgery date. I think I would go one step further and ask to be included at the next board meeting to see what is really going on. You deserve to be heard in front of the board and should be able to ask questions to decide your next step. Good luck!!
